Software Licensing

OpenClaw is distributed under the MIT License, which expressly permits commercial use, modification, and redistribution. GetClaw does not modify the OpenClaw source code; we provide pre-configuration, system integration, and support services.

Code Signing & Anti-Tampering

All shipped images are cryptographically signed using GetClaw's RSA-4096 key pair. Customers can verify image integrity using our published public key at keys.getclaw.shop. Any modification to the system partition will invalidate the signature and trigger an alert on first boot.

Privacy Compliance (GDPR / CCPA)

GetClaw devices do not collect, transmit, or store personal data. The one-time activation ping contains only the device serial number and license key — no user data. We do not operate telemetry, analytics, or tracking of any kind. Our privacy practices are documented at getclaw.shop/privacy and are compliant with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and PIPL (China).

Customs & Export

All hardware shipments include accurate HS code classification, commercial invoices, and CE/FCC marking documentation as applicable. GetClaw products do not contain encryption hardware subject to EAR/ITAR restrictions.
